Ahmad Lala/AI Enablement Lead

I build AI products. Then I help peopleuse them.

Twenty years in communications taught me how organisations take up new things. Now I design and ship the AI tools a communications team runs on.

Enterprise work

AI products I built for the enterprise.

Designed and shipped at G42, for executives, the communications team and the wider company.

Off the Record

Rehearse the hardest interview of your career.

Private media training for executives. A lifelike AI journalist listens, interrupts and presses. Afterwards you see yourself: the moments that mattered, measured and on video, ready to retake.

What it trains

Six skill areas: voice, presence, language, technique, composure and message.

My role

Product owner. I designed the skills framework and directed the build with two AI coding agents.

Built with

Next.js, Supabase, Tavus avatars, Deepgram speech analysis and Claude.

Messaging House

One story. Every team.

A company's strategic messaging, turned into speaking points, briefing memos and interview prep on demand. Ask by voice or text, and trace every figure back to its source.

What it does

Lets executives ask for what they need in the moment, and lets the comms team browse, draft and export.

The rule that matters

No invented proof points. Where there is no sourced number, the assistant uses words instead.

Built with

Claude, voice input, and a knowledge base written so people can read it and agents can parse it.

MarComm Weekly

MarComm Weekly

The Monday meeting, with a co-pilot.

The team's weekly board: a timeline to talk through, a quick update form, and an AI co-pilot that takes notes, moves dates and writes the minutes.

F1 Predictor

F1 Predictor

A season-long game for the whole company.

Colleagues predict each race weekend in thirty seconds. Picks lock at qualifying, results sync from a public F1 feed, and one leaderboard runs to the final race.

Live across the group · Next.js, Supabase

Independent work

What I build on my own time.

Trading MagicIn active testing

A trading floor of 36 AI analysts.

Each persona reads the same market and commits to an idea: direction, entry, target, stop and a conviction score. Two models from different labs then review the whole floor and make their own call. Every run is versioned and scored, so I can tell a real signal from noise.

Underneath it sits a research engine. I test popular trading claims against 6.2 million one-minute bars going back to 2008, and I keep the results that fail as carefully as the ones that hold.

Python on Udemy

Two Python programming courses, taken by more than 7,000 learners. Teaching it is how I learned to explain technical ideas to people who don't write code.
